Purposes and legal basis

Order, payment, shipping and returns management — basis: performance of the contract.
Invoicing and accounting/tax obligations — basis: legal obligation.
Customer service and enquiries — basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
Commercial communications and newsletter — basis: consent.
Fraud prevention and site security — basis: legitimate interest.

Recipients

Payment, transport and logistics providers, the e-commerce platform (Shopify), our accounting advisors and technology providers, solely for the purposes indicated. We do not share data with third parties except where legally required.

International transfers

Some providers (for example, Shopify) may process data outside the European Economic Area applying appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

We keep data for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the periods required by commercial and tax law. Data processed for marketing is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@fluorix.es. If you consider your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
