Returns and right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@fluorix.es indicating your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days from when you inform us of your decision, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, except for defective products or errors on our part.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery. This affects, for example, perfumes and cosmetics: once the product has been opened or unsealed, it cannot be returned. Products must be returned unused, with their original seal and packaging.

Legal guarantee

All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by consumer law.
